Software solutions that integrate natively into the radiological workflow

Not just isolated tools, but software components that communicate with each other and with the systems already present in the structure, preferring international protocols and standards such as DICOM, HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR, or providing mechanisms to guarantee interoperability even in heterogeneous environments.

Next-generation PACS

Integrates DICOM Gateway, DICOM viewer HTML5 zero-footprint equipped with advanced tools (measurements, ROI, MPR, MIP, etc.), unified reporting and secure storage, offering centralized access to imaging data and full integration into the clinical workflow

Booklet production and printing

Automatic production, management and printing of booklet with diagnostic images, reports and any additional documents within the same booklet, with a high level of customization and automation

Patient portal

Fully responsive web portal for accessing images and reports, designed with security, scalability, and ease of use in mind. Multiple access with Google or Microsoft accounts, without having to remember or receive access codes and PINs.

Integration and interoperability

Interoperability solutions between systems such as DICOM Modality Worklist, HL7 FHIR connectors, HL7 v2 to ebXML protocol adapters (ITI-41, ITI-86, etc. transactions of the IHE XDS.b integration profile) and full integration with the Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico

Deployment on-premise, hybrid o cloud

An interoperability-oriented model that protects technology investments and reduces the risk of lock-in. The DICOM Gateway solution ensures centralized and secure access to imaging data from multiple sources, even geographically distributed ones. We BiNar solutions are based on IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) integration profiles.

WeSprint

Production, fully-management and printing booklet

A full web PWA solution for the automatic production, management, and printing of diagnostic images and reports on folders. Fully customizable: front, back, and extra pages added automatically, image grid and print optimization (images below the report, automatic image adjustment, etc.), printing profiles (uncollated A4 printing, mixed printing, etc.). Thanks to the automatic information extraction system, based on intelligent OCR, which does not require integration with external systems, the system is able to associate images and patient data without any manual intervention. Fully compliant with the DICOM 3.0 protocol, it can be integrated with pre-existing PACS systems to retrieve images for printing or to receive images directly (DICOM server). The solution is suitable for all diagnostics such as US, MR, etc. but is also optimized for printing structured reports on bone mineral density (BMD) or documents produced by other systems. It is also equipped with DICOM storage (C-STORE) SCP services for the direct reception and archiving of exams to be printed

WePACS

On-premise, hybrid or cloud PACS system

DICOM PACS system designed as an advanced platform and not a simple archive. It integrates a zero-footprint HTML5 DICOM viewer with advanced tools (measurements, ROI, MPR, MIP, etc.), a unified and advanced reporting component, offering centralized access to imaging data. Accessible via a full web PWA interface.

WePortal

Patient portal

A fully PWA web-based system for accessing images and reports, designed with security, scalability, and ease of use in mind. Patients can view reports, download the entire diagnostic exam, and share reports and images with other specialists in a controlled manner. To improve and simplify the patient experience, access to the portal is also possible with a Google or Microsoft account, eliminating the need to remember or receive access codes and PINs.

WeBurn

Quick, easy, and automatic creation of patient CDs/DVDs directly from any modality

Fully configurable, full-web PWA solution for publishing patient diagnostic tests on CD/DVD/DVD-DL. It can simultaneously manage multiple burning and printing robots using load balancing algorithms. It natively supports images and documents produced by proprietary systems such as ConeBeam 3D, Computerized Bone Mineralometry, etc.

WeHUB

Services to support the radiological workflow

Not just a simple product, but a true software solution that bridges different systems, enabling simple, secure, and immediate information exchange. In short: interoperability between systems. It is based on international standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and IHE integration profiles, and integrates a data transformation engine capable of automatically translating and routing messages between heterogeneous systems

Functions dedicated to the Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico

Integration with the Italian Gateway FSE 2.0 and FSE-INS services and generation of the HL7 CDA R2 document injected into the PDF compliant with the national RAD and RSA implementation guides of HL7 Italy. The solution is an hub and can integrate all internal systems (RIS, LIS, etc.) and represent a single point of production and/or transmission of documents to the Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico. Everything is naturally under control thanks to a fully responsive web dashboard that allows you to view all documents transmitted to the Gateway FSE 2.0 or FSE-INS. Possibility of reprocessing operations (resending, requesting results, deleting and modifying metadata). Management of blackout directly from the interface. Find out what CDA R2 report injected into a PDF according to the HL7 Italia Guidelines means.

A highly modular and scalable solution that allows you to quickly activate services to support the radiology workflow, often without the need for integration with third-party systems. For instance:

DOSE: acquisition and management of data relating to patient exposure to ionizing radiation (as required by Italian Legislative Decree 101/20, implementing the European Directive Euratom 59/13). It operates in multi-modality and multi-manufacturer environments and collects data from heterogeneous sources such as RDSR, SR (analyzed with OCR), MPPS, and DICOM headers. It provides an application interfaces (APIs) to allow third-party systems to transmit or retrieve exposure and classification data.
DICOM Print: transforms a standard office printer into a DICOM printer. It receives print requests directly from the modality console (DICOM Print) and produces a PDF document. Thanks to the automatic data extraction system, based on OCR, it retrieves identifying data such as Accession Number and StudyInstanceUID (if present).
Modality Worklist: a message broker that reads data from third-party systems and publishes it as DICOM MWL (C-FIND) to the modalities. The service is fully configurable and compliant with the DICOM 3.0 protocol. It can be integrated with any third-party system (RIS/HIS) via CSV files, HL7 OMI^O23 messages, or other types (configurable), and Bundle (collection) resources (FHIR R4 or higher)
